Cucina Al Pantheon was born from a love of tradition, community, and gathering. We’ve created a space where Mystic locals feel at home and visitors are welcomed like family—a place as comforting as dining at your nonna’s table, yet elevated enough for life’s most meaningful celebrations. Set inside Mystic’s historic 1931 granite bank, the Pantheon-inspired columns now frame a new kind of gathering place. Just as the Pantheon in Rome has welcomed people for centuries, we envision this as Mystic’s living room—where friends, families, and neighbors share meals, wine, and conversation.
